Our first task was to purchase media at highly competitive rates, and produce an imaginative media schedule to entice UK tourists to both Pennsylvania in general, and Philadelphia in particular, instead of the more obvious US destinations. Ads on buses and at tube stations, along with taxis, featured heavily in our approach.
